All about my fan write-ups in Nascar Illustrated

Here is one of my letters that got into Nascar Illustrated.

In the Magazine they gave it the title "Equal Rights"

I have been noticing in recent weeks that fans and many other people have been complaining that ever since Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Michael Waltrip switched cars and team members that Dale Jr.’s luck has gone away, and they believe that they should switch cars back, because Dale Jr. should be getting the better cars. I do not understand how people can be so selfish. Basically what I am getting from this is that Michael Waltrip is suppose to get the junk cars because his last name is not Earnhardt. I guess my argument would be how is it fair that Dale Jr. was getting the better cars last year, and Michael got the junk cars that caused him to have a bad season. Then to add insult to injury he gets the ultimatum that he has to finish in the top 15 this year or he is out of that car next year. I do not hear them saying that Dale Jr. will be out of his car next year and he has been doing worse than Michael so far this year, and it’s all because his family owns the company. I thought that the cars were suppose to be equal when you were all part of the same team, but I guess the fans and other people believe that when your family owns the company you are suppose to get the better cars. I really feel that Michael Waltrip is a very good racer and he is proving it now that he has the cars to help him show off his talent. I also feel that DEI should be doing a better job at making all of the cars equal, and not just focusing on one team. I think if Dale Earnhardt Sr. was still alive there would not be any of the problems going on. I have nothing against Teresa, and I think she was doing a good job, but I think she needs to get things back on track like they were.
